Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transportation, storage, and use of ammunition.
Project Falcon Precision does not guarantee that products offered on this website are legal in every jurisdiction.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing or typographical errors.

4. Ammunition Use and Safety

Any returned or refused shipment may be subject to additional fees.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to safety, regulatory, and quality control requirements, ammunition sales are generally considered final.
Returns may only be accepted if:

The shipment contained the incorrect product.
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
All return requests require prior authorization from Project Falcon Precision.
8. Limited Warranty
Project Falcon Precision warrants that its ammunition is manufactured to meet internal quality standards at the time of shipment.
This warranty is limited solely to replacement of defective ammunition or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
This warranty does not apply to:
Improper storage.
Reloaded ammunition.
Firearms with improper headspace or defects.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Falcon Precision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, storage, transportation, or use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

The use of firearms and ammunition involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious bodily injury, death, and property damage.
By purchasing or using our products, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of ammunition.

12. Talon BDC Compatibility
Project Falcon Precision ammunition is developed for compatibility with Project Falcon Optics Talon BDC reticle systems. Actual ballistic performance may vary based on firearm, barrel length, altitude, temperature, ammunition lot, and other environmental factors.
Users are responsible for confirming real-world performance and verifying trajectory data before use in hunting, competition, or defensive applications.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
