At Project Falcon Precision, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of ammunition products and safety considerations, all sales are generally considered final.
Ammunition Sales
For safety, regulatory, and quality-control reasons, ammunition cannot be returned once it has been shipped and delivered.
We may authorize replacement or refund only if:
The wrong product was shipped.
The product arrived damaged.
The shipment was incomplete.
A manufacturing defect is identified and verified.
Any claim must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must contact Project Falcon Precision and obtain authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
